How Do I Reset My Password?

A walkthrough on how to change your password or reset a forgotten one

Change Password

Follow these steps to change your password:

  1. Click Your Profile or Account Settings in the upper right-hand corner of the home page.

  2. Under the Blue Save Button, find your Account Actions, click Change Password.

  3. Enter old password.

  4. Confirm your new password.

Forgot Password

We never want you locked out of your account, which is why resetting your password is quick and easy. Follow the steps below:

  1. Click Forgot Password (bottom of the login page).

  2. Enter the email address associated with Avanlee Account.

  3. Go to email, find the email - Avanlee Password Reset Code.

  4. Copy and paste the code into verification page on Avanlee App.

  5. Create new password.

  6. Click Complete.

  7. Sign back into your Avanlee Account.
