Welcome to the Avanlee App! Ready to get started? Here's how to navigate the app and get your account set up.
Add a Login
There are three different ways to get into your account:
Login: Signing into an account you already have. Login with existing email and password.
Add a Login: Using the app on a temporary account and want to turn it into a permanent one. Read Temporary Account Login below for more information.
Invitation Claim: Joining someone else's Care Hub. If the invited email already has an Avanlee account, it links to that account. If not, a new account needs to be created. Read Invitation Claim Login below for more information.
Temporary Account Login
When you first get into the app, you are using a temporary account.
To create your Avanlee account, start by clicking the pink pop-up bar at the bottom of the home page. You can also click Add a Login under Account Settings. Both options will guide you through a series of prompts, as shown in the pictures below, to create a login. After you verify the email address, you have successfully created an account and can start exploring the Avanlee App.
Invitation Claim Login
If invited to join someone else's care hub, accept the invitation to automatically create an account. There is no extra sign-up step needed.
If you claim an invitation and the email is already tied to an existing account, you'll see "Please sign in with your existing credentials." This means your invitation was successfully linked, not that something went wrong. The shared care information was added to your existing account. To continue, sign in with your existing email and password.
If you're signed into one account and claim an invitation under a different email, the app will sign you out of your current account first. You'll see a warning before this happens.
Editing Your Profile
Once you’ve made your account, select Your Profile in the upper right-hand corner of the home page to find Account Settings. From here, you can edit your name, change your password, update your profile picture, and opt in or out of privacy information.
