Care Hub

Care Hubs are your digital home away from home in the Avanlee App. Here you’ll find your family members, friends, and care receivers if you choose to add them.

You need to have an active subscription to add members to your care hub or to create multiple care hubs.

You can manage your Care Hub by going to your Account Settings. Select the Care Hub Information dropdown to view your Care Hub Settings and Members.

Below Members, you can view those you have added to your Care Hub. In the Settings, if you own the hub you can update the Care Hub name. If there are no members, you can leave the hub as well. If you choose to leave the hub and there are other members, you need to promote someone else to own the hub first. To remove or add a Care Hub member, go to Members.

To promote another user to the care hub’s owner, click on their name in your Care Hub member’s list, and click Promote. Follow the prompts that pop up in the app and you’re all set!

Once you’ve promoted another user, click on the Care Hub name again, and click Leave.

Reminder, you can only add a Care Hub member if you are Subscribed to the Avanlee App.

If you would like to add a member to your care hub, click on the plus icon next to members, and enter in their contact information, and select if they’re a caregiver or care receiver.

Have them open their email or messages and click Accept the Invitation on the hub invite. From here they can create their profile and set up their account. Once they’ve accepted their invitation and joined, you’ll see their name in your care hub members.

To add a Care Hub account, click the blue plus icon in your Care Hub settings. From here, you can add additional Care Hub accounts.
