How Do I Troubleshoot the Avanlee App?

Solutions for common Avanlee App issues, including login problems, app crashes, syncing errors, and shopping or notification trouble.

Running into an issue with the Avanlee App? Here are solutions to the most common problems. If you're still stuck after trying these steps, reach out to our support team through the app.

App Won't Open or Keeps Crashing

  1. Force-close the app and reopen it.

  2. Restart your device.

  3. Check that your device meets the minimum requirements: iOS 15 or higher, or Android 8.1 or higher.

  4. Make sure the app is up to date — visit the App Store or Google Play and install any available updates.

  5. If the issue persists, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play. Your account data is saved to your account, not your device.

Health Data Not Syncing

If your Fitbit or Apple Health data isn't appearing in the Health Tracking module:

  1. Open the Health Tracking module and check that your device is connected.

  2. Make sure the Avanlee App has the necessary permissions to access your health data in your device settings.

  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your fitness device from within the Health Tracking module.

  4. Restart both your phone and your fitness device, then check again.

Shopping Not Working

If you're having trouble with the Shopping module:

  • Make sure you've entered your zip code and selected a home store — this is required before you can shop.

  • Check that your delivery address is within Walmart's delivery range. Some addresses may only be eligible for pickup.

  • If your cart isn't loading, force-close the app and try again.

  • Confirm you have a stable internet connection.

Content or Data Not Loading

If modules or information aren't loading correctly:

  • Check your internet connection — the app requires an active connection to load data.

  • Force-close the app and reopen it.

  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network issue.

  • Make sure the app is up to date.
